Porsche has revealed the 2021 Porsche 718 for the US markets featuring the most anticipated PDK for six-cylinder models. The Cayman GT4, 718 Spyder, and the GTS 4.0 can even be had with a dual-clutch, seven-speed transmission. That said, the PDK-installed 718s with the naturally-aspirated V6 will take a little time to reach in America (probably by the start of next year).
Porsche has finally ensured the availability of the 718 Cayman and 718 Boxster in the GTS 4.0 starting at $86,800 for the coupe version and $88,900 for the convertible. Both come equipped with the standard six-speed manual. Add PDK, and they will cost $90,530 and $92,630, respectively.
The top of the line GT4 and Spyder will set you back $100,200 and $97,300, respectively, featuring manual transmission. Again, the PDK is expensive at $103,410 and $100,510. Mind it, you also have to pay $1,350 for delivery, processing, and handling.
If these sound expensive, you can go for models in the lower end of the line up such as T, S, etc. Do not worry because the base models come with a lot of standard equipment such as dual-zone automatic climate control, heated front seats, auto-dimming mirrors, and automatic wipers.
The most inexpensive models are 2021 Porsche 718 Cayman and Boxter starting at $59,900 and $62,000 respectively (excluding delivery and handling fee). No words yet when 2021 718 will reach in the UAE.
