BMW i3 Urban Suite Concept is your luxury hotel room on wheels, available to transport CES attendees around Las Vegas. BMW created several i3 Urban Suite models for this purpose, which can be booked via an app (details are short on this). Perhaps, the app could only be offered to those who visit the BMW stand at the show to check this concept.
Talking about the features of the BMW i3 Urban Suite, it has the same driver seat and the dashboard, as available in the standard i3 (also a part of Dubai Police fleet), but everything else inside is rebuilt. The automaker removed the front seat and the rear bench seat for a lounge chair and a desk, respectively.
There is an LCD screen for the rear passenger that flips down from the headliner. The interior fabrics are created from recycled materials.
However, nothing changed in the power department. The concept houses the same 42.2-kWh battery pack, as accessible in the i3 that sends power to the rear wheels.
With this concept, the automaker wanted to “create an inviting space with a high feel-good factor in which to spend time.”
Interested visitors to the CES 2020 should stop by the BMW stand to marvel at this trendy hotel room.
