A heavily modified and a hardcore version of the regular Camaro, dubbed as the Chevrolet Camaro GT4.R is now up for sale for $259,000 and it is absolutely phenomenal. The race car already has a history of winning races in the 2017 Pirelli World Challenge GTS Drivers, Manufacturers, and Team championships and the 2017 IMSA Continental Tire SportsCar Challenge Series.
Powering this beast is a 6.2-liter V8 engine constructed by Chevrolet Racing, which yields 480 horsepower. The engine is paired with a six-speed Xtrac sequential gearbox and ensures an aggressive performance.
The Chevrolet Camaro GT4.R is based on the Camaro ZL1, but extends a number of enhancements such as brembo brakes, wo-way adjustable Ohlin dampers and adjustable antiroll bars. The overall design is not just sporty but aerodynamically efficient too, thanks to additional elements such as a 21-way adjustable carbon fiber rear wing, a large front splitter and front dive planes. A lot of body panels are made from carbon fiber to keep the overall weight of the car low.

On the inside, the Chevrolet Camaro GT4.R packs only serious performance oriented equipment such as a motorsport steering wheel, sport seats and more. This means that there are no entertainment or infotainment features.
